What a ride!
But what a GREAT experience!
It has, quiet simply, been life changing!
This week — as far as I can recall — I’m down to the lightest weight I’ve been in about 4 years. Yeah baby, yeah! 
Finding out that my body is “incompatible” with that EVIL white stuff… *MILK*… has also been life changing. Other than the fact that weigh is falling off me, my severe hayfever has “almost” disappeared. It’s absolutely increasable.
Weight loss to date: 6.20 KGs (13.64 lbs)…
