Celebrity Weight Loss - Janet Jackson?

Okay so I’m standing in the checkout line at the grocery store today and while absentmindely scanning through the racks see this US magazine. I’m not usually one to be too interested in celeb gossip mags, but the Janet Jackson weight loss story caught my eye. So I actually bought this magazine just out of curiosity.
So what are Janet Jackson’s weight loss secrets? Diet and excercise. Oh, and a personal trainer. Brilliant … very original.
But her diet and exercise had to be really intense to lose 60 pounds in just 4 months. She worked out 6 days a week for at least an hour. Her trainer said that she does 45 minutes of cardio because you don’t start burning fat until after 20 minutes. Her diet was a balance of protein, veggies and high fiber carbs of just 1,110 to 1,450 calories a day.
That is pretty extreme and I can see why it worked, especially if she was very strict. But for four months - it would be really difficult to stay so strict for that long…well at least for a real person.
That is if we can believe any of it at all!
Yea really! There is a photo of Janet in her “fat clothes” but everyone “looks” fat in bulky sweat pants.
You all are forgetting that stars work on their body just like regular everyday people work at there jobs. They have to be discipline their money is their looks in the entertainment industry just because you dont have the will power to accomplish this doesnt mean no one else does. Stop being haters and follow her example. SO you can look just as good or better than she does.
Go ahead Janet you always be pretty no matter what your size is.

atleast she is not a bulimic and didn’t lose weight by not eating. You can tell that she is at a very healthy weight and not anorexic. You won’t see much of this type of weight loss in hollywood, its more likely to be done by starving yourself..
What’s so extreme about her diet? I eat roughly 1000 calories a day and I exercise 3 hours a day. All cardio. There’s runners who run hours at a time. Her diet wasn’t extreme. It’s “normal”.
That story is false. She worked out hours on end with lots of strength training. Her diet was super strict. In an interview I saw on tv she said she splurged once or twice. Her so called splurgin was eatin sushi. That’s not a splurge. Sushi can be good for u. Anyways so if thats her so called splurge then just imagine how strictly she really ate. BTW I have noticed that the media down plays the amount of work it takes a celebrity to look like that. P.S. Anonymous ur full of it.

I LOST WEIGHT ALSO AND I HAD ALOT OF PEOPLE TALKIN CRAZY ABOUT ME AS WELL, THEN I CUT MY HAIR REAL SHORT AND STOPPED COLORING, NOW IM BEING ACCUSED OF PUTTING COLOR IN MY HAIR. PEOPLE R SICKING AND NEED TO MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS… OK!
