		<description>My gym also has the Lifefitness Eliptical and I really like them.  Now I don't know that it is really possible to burn 300 calories in 20 minutes without killing myself.  Those at a lower weight would have a harder time - as more weight burns more calories.  Anyway, I'll try it tomorrow and see how it goes. :)</description>
