Going Overboard

This morning I did 30 minutes of weight training. I’d planned on 30 minutes on the treadmill but was feeling a bit lazy. So I made a deal with myself to come back at 5 for Kickboxing - and I actually did. Plus a 30 minute “Killer Abs” class afterward.
Of course after all of that exercise I was starving so I headed to a local joint for a “beanie burger” - definitely NOT diet food - a hamburger with chili, cheese, fritos, refried beans, jalapenos and onions.
Then after dinner Troy and I worked on the yard and according to this exercise calculator I burned another 233 calories. Not quite making up for the burger but oh well. The rest of my diet today was healthy - promise! ![]()
