Although I went to gym 5 times this week, the odd mid-week beer and dining out twice, pushed the weight up slightly
I will say, though… I feel fitter than I have felt in a long time… possibly even in the past 3 years. I’m finding that going to gym now isn’t all that difficult. I guess it’s that consistently thing kicking in, and transforming what used to be forced, now into a simple automatic habit.
I don’t think it’s really going to be all that difficult to continue the 4-5 times per week at gym for the rest of the year…
If that’s what happens, I’ll certainly reach my goal of 72KGs

Hi Andre. Glad to hear that you are feeling healthier and more fit. That will help you keep with it regardless of what the old scale says. There’s so much more benefit to exericise than just weight.
