Hey I can do that!

My fitness and strength level is really improving. I realized it in yoga class last night when I was doing a boat pose I was able to reach the full extension. Before I had to leave my feet on the floor. I think the weight training combined with the yoga stregthened the abs and legs so that I was able to make this advancement. This was a small bit of progress but very encouraging!
