Maybe to help you get back into the workout routine make a deal with yourself.  Like if you workout you can have a reward (not food though!).  Like if you workout 5 times next week you'll go to the movies. 

I like to use workouts as a time to also workout my mind -- I listen to teleseminars or audio books on my MP3 or read business magazines or newsletters.  That also motivates me to get out because I don't have time for this reading any other time.</description>
