Starting Weight: 149
Goal: 125
Week 7: 143 - lost 1 pound
Total Lost: 6 pounds
This week I was more consistent with my diet and exercise routine. I ate more balanced meals and used some easy ways to get in the veggies - like V-8 juice and applesauce. I worked out 5 days during the week. I was pretty satisfied to see that one pound loss this week!

I am glad to be back on my workout routine (finally!), and am aiming to have a super-consistent week myself!
