OK the scale hasn’t moved in awhile, but I’m still at it. What really matters is healthy habits right?
Last week I worked out just 4 days. I did dine out several times (yes including a big burrito at Chipotle but that was a rare treat.) I increased water intake which is a positive step. This week I’ll be out of town again but will try to eat more sensibly when dining out. I’m also going to get at least 5 workout days in.
I’m curious: are your clothes fitting any differently at all? I noticed when I was working out daily that my scales didnt move… but I could feel a difference in the way my jeans fit.

Regardless, it can’t be bad for you! I’m impressed with your dedication to the workout routine! You are motivating me to get back on my own daily routine
Yes I have noticed my clothes fit better and this is a great feeling! I am looking forward to buying some new smaller sized jeans at the end of this challenge too.
