Week 5 Report - Hanging In There

Week 5: 144 - lost 0
Total Lost: 5 pounds

OK the scale hasn’t moved in awhile, but I’m still at it. What really matters is healthy habits right?

Last week I worked out just 4 days. I did dine out several times (yes including a big burrito at Chipotle but that was a rare treat.) I increased water intake which is a positive step. This week I’ll be out of town again but will try to eat more sensibly when dining out. I’m also going to get at least 5 workout days in.

    I’m curious: are your clothes fitting any differently at all? I noticed when I was working out daily that my scales didnt move… but I could feel a difference in the way my jeans fit.

    I’ve heard that muscle weighs more than fat ;)

    Regardless, it can’t be bad for you! I’m impressed with your dedication to the workout routine! You are motivating me to get back on my own daily routine :D

    Yes I have noticed my clothes fit better and this is a great feeling! I am looking forward to buying some new smaller sized jeans at the end of this challenge too. :)
