Personally I don't like 1 free day... guys understand basic thing. If you are having cravings for something then probably your body is telling you about malnourshiments, it might be related to some sort of Nutritients or Mineral.

In India we have many saying like "kids eating chalk if they have low calcium". It's true too.. You'll like the taste of chalk till you meet your requirments.. after that it tastes yucky.

These cravings are what makes people overeat... To avoid these cravings. Try to include many varities of food, salts, spices.

Great post!

I have heard that before, about having a 'free day' once a week. What I heard was that it keeps you from reaching a 'plateau' with your weight loss.

Apparently if you stick to anything too strictly, your metabolism will adjust accordingly and you 'plateau' there. If you 'toss things up' once in awhile then it keeps you moving in the right direction.

I'm not sure how much truth there is to that, but I love the idea. I can do almost *anything* for 6 days... especially if I have something great to look forward to on the 7th ;)
