Last week Friday I when to an SEO conf with a bunch of friends from PartyPoker.com. It was a whole weekend thing… so needless to say, it was a bender. We all concluded that we much have consumed around a 500 MILLION calories each, just on beers ;-)

Although I was back at the gym for 5 times this week, the damage was already done. Freakin’ weight gain… bloody hell! I’m gonna be good this next week… promise LMAO!
