		<description>You're right I need to do more strength training.  Yesterday I did 20 minutes upper body with weight machines and free weights.  At least one more day per week with weights would be good, but three would probably be better.  Thanks for the encouragement!</description>

I know most women doesn't like doing strength training or thinks that it's Men's Domain... but trust me... this will help you in long run like with bone density, muscles fibers.
