		<description>Yeah, I "think" racquetball is just an american version of squash. It certainly looks that same. LOL!

I play squash once a week... and go to gym on the other days (weekend I have off). As long as one "gets out" and does any aerobic type activity, it's all good progress ;)</description>

		<description>Great post Andre!.  One thing that helps make exericise a habit is to choose activities that are fun like raquetball in my case or squash for you (which is a similar game right?).  Most other days I walk or do yoga which I also enjoy but if I start to get bored I mix it up with different machines, aerobic classes etc.</description>
