Details Of My Challenge

Last Week: 81.4 KGs (179.08 lbs)
12 Week Goal: 72 KGs (158.4 lbs)
Hight: 1.75m

In “theory” that shouldn’t be all that hard, right? I mean, that’s only about 1.7 lbs/week LOL! We’ll see… I’ll do my weigh-in every Friday morning, same time, same scale (a Physician Beam Scale).

The Plan?

Simple! Do exercise, decrease the portions I eat (of course, keep it healthy), and eat these portions 5-6 times a day so as to maintain a fast and consistent metabolic rate.

It’s winter here in the UK, which makes going to gym a pain (it’s cold and miserable). Oh well, no pain no gain!

I went back to gym yesterday afternoon (for about an hour), then played a 45 minute game of squash that evening. Bloody hell, I haven’t played squash for like 8 years… and I was puffing and panting after 10 minutes ;o)

Not to worry, I still managed to beat Anita 5 games to love ;-)
